Tech-Patch system
Our Tech-Patches are made of a reinforced polymer. To apply a Tech-Patches, you need the Tech-Bond Molecular Bonding System. Once applied, Tech-Patches are impervious or highly resistant to most common chemicals.
These are the chemicals for which the Tech-Patch system is not recommended.
General Description
Tech-patches are made from a reinforced polymer. To apply a Tech-Patch, you need a Surface Insensitive (SI) structural cyanoacrylate (SCA) and a solvent-based Activator/Accelerator. If the substrate is plastic, you will also need an adhesion promoter and a heat source to apply the patch. Detailed step-by-step instructions are included with every Tech-Patch.
