Technical data on the Tech-Patch system
Information on all the technical data about our Tech-Patch system appears below.
A Tech-Patches is made from fluorosilicone, which is a polymer that has reinforced surfaces. To apply a Tech-Patch, you will use our patented Polymer Bonding Process (Process)_ To execute the Process, you will need one of our Polymer Kits. Once applied, Tech-Patches are impervious or highly resistant to water weather, oil and gas and most common chemicals.
Since no one has been able to bond polymers before the developmen of the Process, there is no technical data information available. There aren’t even testing procedures in place. As we develop the information on each of the polymer, such as PTFE, HDPE, polypropylene, silicone rubber, UHMW, Delrin, etc., we will post it on this page.
