Description

Our Poly Kits provide the tools necessary to repair/bond a polymer to itself, to any other polymer and/or to almost any other substrate by using our patented Polymer Bonding Process:

We regularly get calls from clients who rave on how well our patented Polymer Bonding Process (Process) works.  The most recent one was an engineer from a sound company.   In developing new ear buds, the task was to bond silicone rubber to a nylon bud.  Of course, this engineer tried all the name brand pretenders first.  None met the requirements needed.  This engineer called to tell us how impressed he/she was with the bond created by the Process.  With the new ear bud, there was no degradation of sound quality.

Why?  Because the pieces were joined with the Process formed a molecular bond, not a glue join.   This level of performance in bonding polymers via the Process is commonplace.  Previously, testing done by an engineer in Macedonia found the internal temperature of solar panels was 10 degress C lower when the solar cells were bonded to the aluminum skin of the panel with the Process as opposed to any epoxy.  Why again?  With the Process, there was not a layer of adhesive that slowed thermal transfer.  Lower temperatures means better performance and an increase in longevity.

We are fortunate enough to receive these types of compliments regularly.  Why:  Because when bonding polymers is the issue, there is that much difference between the Process and everything else.
