New innovations with polymers are no longer available just in the world of manufacturing. You have a good idea. Make money off of it. We have two good ideas.
Tech-Bond Solutions will announce within the next several weeks two new products. Products that solve major problems. Solutions with polymers only available because of the Bonding Poly Process (patent pending). Stay tuned for these solutions. Also stay tuned on how we are going to use a share of the proceeds.
Update 3/10/18: Our two good ideas use the polymer Fluorosilicone. There are actually three grades of silicone rubber, fluorosilicone is considered the top grade. Some of the characteristics of Fluorosilicone are below.
Fluorosilicone is impervious or highly resistant to:
- UV rays
- aromatic mineral oils
- most aromatic solvents
- diluted alkalies
- silicone oil
- di-ester lubricants
- oxidizing chemicals
- animal and vegetable oils
- operating temperature: -50°C/-58°F to 180°C/356°F
And fluorosilicone is more flexible than neoprene and, once treated, Fluorosilicone is incredibly easy to bond. You know it sounds like fluorosilicone might make a good patch. A patch that could save a lot of people a lot of money. And a lot of companies, a lot of money. The first patch that we will introduce will work on tanks. Tanks that get a hole in them. Tanks that need not be replaced if there is a patch that works and a patch that’s guaranteed for ten years. Got that patch.
You’re going to say. Hold on! Tech-Bond is just a glue. You’re correct, but the “Process” doesn’t glue, it bonds. Let me explain the difference. Say you’re playing basketball. With a glue join, it’s like running the court with flip-flops. Ss long as you trotting down the court you’re OK. As soon as you want to cut, jump sprint and play the whole game, you’re in trouble. With a bond, you’re in for the whole game.
As we said, stay tuned.
